Severe Coughing Bouts, Bleeding While Coughing. X-ray Examination Required. Cause Of Concern?

my mother is suffering a dry cough almost a months,,when we consulted to a doctor,,the doc.demanded her an x-ray examinaton,but she didn t have her x-ray test untill now because of financial problem,,nd then today it happened that when her cough attacked her again my mom noticed that there is a blood already...i cannot sleep thinking how can i help her?

Welcome in H.C.M. for consultation.

I read your query regarding dry cough and blood on spitting of your mother. You have consulted your family physician who advice X-Ray chest for her, but she avoided for X-Ray due to financial crises.
Considering these facts I would like to tell you that your mother may develop so many complications if remain undiagnosed and untreated, so please convince her for -
(1) X-Ray chest PA view
(2) Culture and sensitivity of throat swab.
(3) Sputum for Afb.
After these investigations one can diagnose her disease and plan for treatment.
