Severe Headache. No Relief From Advil. Suggest

I recently got sick on Monday night. Since then I've had high body temperatures, headaches, body aches. Since then my body aches have somewhat gone away and my body temperature isn't so high. However the he aches became so unbearable. I cannot sleep with the headache. I'm so uncomfortable and can't sleep. I've been drinking lots of water. And tooken pain relieving pills. The last Advil I took had no effect.
