Severe Headache, Numbness Around Ear And On Right Leg, Severe Dizziness. Cure For Symptoms?

I was recently hospitlized for 5 days with the following systems and no diagnosis. Severe headache, only on the right side. numbness around ear, and jaw area up towards eye socket As well as numbness on my right leg between the ankle and knee only on the right side. As well severe dizziness or the feeling of falling or fainting. This goes away after a several seconds to a few minutes.
