Severe Headache,unable To Move And Rest Due To The Pain

Hi, my brother is having severe headache from last 1 month, I took to couple of physicians and no benefit. With his pain he cannot move, if he rests of lie down the pain will be decreased if he go to bathroom or somewhere outside he have toomuch. Some times he complaints that his headache is like somebody hammering from inside the head, please do the need full.

Hello ,
I tis good that you are taking cre of your brother who needs medical care.
firstof all Headche is severe in nature , 1month duration, reduces while he rests /lies down.
Increases ifhe goes to bathroom /or outside. headache is hammering in nature.
How old is your brother/ any precipitating cause?
what did other 2 physicians prescribe or advised ???
I appears to me you need to rule out any raised intracranial pressure/ check optic undus// and Hyperstension if any-
you better get examied with a neurologist and get an opinion. and rule out other causes of headache- dental, sinusitis/ tension headace/ migraine/ any SOL??/
does he vomit or has nausea?/
does walk normal or he has unstable gait?
once all these questions are answer we can start him on appropriate management plan.

Please get these things done first.
