Hi,

From your description, you are mostly likely having polyarthritis which can be due to a good number of causes such as infection, gout (unlikely as there is no swelling), rheumatic diseases, weight, aging ( depending on if overweight or aged). You will need to pay a visit to a GP or rheumatologist for proper evaluation. Blood tests, x-ray, ASLO test, Rheumatoid factor test, uric acid test and even analysis of serum calcium will have to be done in order to determine the cause of your arthritis. If no cause is identified, then it is most likely a non-septic arthritis that can be caused by weight, age, strain/stress etc. Steroidal or non-steroidal antiinflammatory will have to be prescribed in order to manage the pain and if cause is identified should be treated accordingly.

Hope this helps
