Severe Pain From Osteoporosis And Acetabular Protrusio. Can Increase Panadol Dose To Every 6 Hours?

My wife has severe osteoporosis and acetabular protrusio of the left hip. She has 15mg nor span patches changed every 7 days and takes 2 panadol osteo tablets every. 8 hours. She experiences pain in the left hip and left leg after about 6 hours. Can she increase the panadol osteo tablets to every 6 hours, I.e. 8 tablets in 24 hours?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied your case and i would ask you that why you are not planing total hip replacement as these pain killers are not causing any change in her disease and can be harmful for her kidney and liver. Yes you can increase doses but i would recommend you to take opinion form orthopaedic surgeon and if possible get replacement done.
