Severe Pain In Abdomen, Acidity, Smelling Stool. Reason?

For two days, I had severe pain in my abdomen that came and went in different places. Lower left abdomen to upper right chest, back behind my shoulder blades, then upper left chest, etc. I had a lot of gas too, so I thought the pain might just be from that. I was very constipated too. Now, today, I have black, sweet smelling stools. What could this be?

it can be gall bladder disease or gastritis or liver or spleen or pancreas any organ can be infected
use short course of metronidazole
antacids tds
non oily nn greesy non fatty and non spicy foods
plenty of fluids
get gastroenterologist consultation who can find the cause and treat it to prevent further attacks
