Severe Pain In Hand Bone, Swelling In Nerves Of Hands. Excessive Use Of Computers. Serious?

Good afternoon, this is regarding severe pain in my hands and sometimes i feel as if there is swelling in my hands. I work continously on computer for 9 hous a day. I feel the pain especially in the bones..I feel that my nerves in the right hands are swollen, i feel the pain there also. My age is 37 and my weight is 55 Kgs and basically i am very thin. Please clarify my doubt

Hi!.Thanks for your query. I think the pain in the right arm is due to constant starin on the hand. You need to take rest for 10 to 15 minutes every 2hourly while working on your computer. I suggest you see your GP and get a course of calcium supplements. You should feel better.
