The pain also goes down to my elbow and my index and thumb tingle and go numb when i set in certain position. I have an appointment with orthopedic doctor on Monday to find out whats wrong. Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain radiating to your arm is likely to be due to a nerve root compression at the level of cervical spine. An MRI scan will help in the proper diagnosis. You can avoid using a pillow and start with methylcobalamin supplements for relief.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
