Severe Pain In My Left Shoulder Muscles From 10 Years

Since 10 years, problem with my left shoulder muscles from the back Hi, I have a problem with my left shoulder muscles from the back, I have sever pain there and it extend to the whole left side from the back , from my neck till the muscles of my foot, I have suffered from this since 10 years, I have visited a neurologist earlier, and he said there is no problem, but the pain is sever and I can t sleep some nights or use my left shoulder to carry bags or even my arm to carry or pull something or I won t sleep all night. I used some muscle relaxants, as tablets or gels, but no use. can you help me? I forgot to tell you that I m a 34 years old female. Regards,

I think you have shoulder pain from orthopaedic reasons. I recommend MRI of the Shoulder. After that consult Orthopaedics.
