Severe Pain In The Chest/sternum After Falling On The Buts With Pain Increasing While Moving Arms. Is It Fractured Sternum?

I was roller skating (kids' party) & a tiny girl fell in front of me. To avoid her, I fell (HARD) on my buttocks. When I tried to push myself up, severe pain in my chest/sternum. I can breathe, but moving my arms causes more pain in chest. Could I have fractured my sternum this way??

Hello, looks like you had a bad injury. But sternum fracture is no chance. Still I would recommend you to get x ray of your chest. You can have a rib fracture or any other injury. Till you get your x ray you should apply ice and diclofenec ointment at chest.
