Hello,

Severe gastritis may be treated with diet and lifestyle modification.

Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks.

Avoid fatty food and gluten contain food.

Use tablet pantoprazole.

Take high fiber diet and regular exercise. Avoid stressing during defecation.

If symptoms not improved please consult your gastroenterologist he will do upper GI endoscopy and rectal examination then treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
