Severe,sharp Pain In Ovaries. Do I Need Medical Attention ?

Im having severe, sharp, stabbing pains, in what feels like, my ovaries. What does this sound like?

Hello.

If the pain is there only for about half an hour or so and it is your midcycle then it can be due to ovulation. If your periods are overdue then it can be due to an ectopic pregnancy.It is best to go for an ultrasound scan for diagnosis.
