Sex Had Years Back Will Affect My Sexual Health When All Blood Test Are Negative?

i had sex 2.5 years back , with married women having 4 kids , but will it affect me later in my life on my sexual health .i have done all my blood check ups like hiv 1 and 2 , vdrl , all came negative . please advice me , i have done blood check ups 5 times after that.
