Sexually Active, Always Had Burning Or Tingling Sensation While Passing Urine. What Could Be The Cause?

I'm a male, 22 years old always wondered how it was suppose to feel, basically because I am sexually active and how would you know the difference between a burning sensation and normal urination. I see this sounds self explanatory but it's not because I have always thought of emptying my bladder as a burning or tingling situation ?

Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection.
You need few investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,urine RE/ME,Urine culture and sensitivity,Ultrasound of abdomen.
Proper antibiotics can be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.
