Shall I Give Azithromycin Syrup For Fever?

hi,my son(age 7yrs,weight 18 kg)has a fever,cough from yesterday.Yesterday he vomits whatever he ate.given domstal syrup.he stopped vomitting.giving crocin syrup & zifi100 syrup for 2 days but fever along with heavy headache,cough is there.shall i stop zifi 100 & give him azithromycin syrup?

Hallo . Thank you for asking this question . Once you have started giving him antibiotics , ideally complete 5 days course . Right now wait for a day more . If still there is no improvement then consult doctor first and then change antibiotic .Hope I have answered your query . For further questions please contact .
