Shallow Dent In Muscle Adjacent To Shin Bone Above Left Ankle.

I noticed a shallow dent in the muscle immediately left adjacent to my shin bone about 6 inches above my left ankle. It was in the shape of a large spoon and about 3/8 deep in the center. It went away in about an hour. I have never seen this before. I had injured my left leg back in July 2013 and received multiple contusions in a fall and severe swelling such that ER personnel thought I was at risk for compartment swelling. The swelling took a long, long time to finally dissipate completely, almost 3 months.

This is not a very worrying thing.Atonic muscles do present abnormally without symptoms. Do some leg muscle strengthening exercises, fomentation with warm water daily and take vitamin B tabs daily along with calcium and vitamin E and do Vitamin E oil massage(olemessa)
