Sharp Cough And Sore Throat
For the few days my arms have been sore (feels like have been doing alot of heavy lifting when I havent). As well as a sharp cough and sore throat for about the last 2 days. I am a non-smoker.

You must be having viral infection, do drink plenty of warm water, do throat gargles with betadine mouth gargles 3-4times/day after food, and take anti-inflammatory (such as diclofenac/ibuprofen) medicines. If the symptoms does not subside in a couple of days, please consult your ENT specialist.
