Sharp Pain In The Right Lower Abdomen And Buttocks, Constipation. Trying To Conceive. Have Endometriosis. Any Recommendation?

Hi
I am currently getting sharp pains in my right lower abdomin and buttocks. I am constipated with last bowel motion 5days ago. This is not unusual for me as I suffer from Endometriosis. However I suddenly got these pains about an hour ago and now they are more localized in the right lower abdomin. I am currently trying to conceive and am due for my next period on 8th may.
I know there is a lot going on but do you reccomend I do anything?

Hi,
It seems that this might be due to Endometriosis you have.
But as pain is on right lower abdomen and radiates on buttock, chance of having Acute Appendicitis should be ruled out.
Consult your Gynaec and get examined.
