Sharp Pains Near Hip And Hamstring Area, Feels Better When Stretched. How To Get Rid Of The Pain ?

Have had sharp pains near my bum and hamtring area for like 5 months which comes goes anytime I play football. Its right underneath my bum but its were my bone is. Its near my groin area but right at the back were the bone is. It feels better anytime I stretch it but always comes back. I wanna know how to get rid of the pain and also make sure it doesnt come back pleaseeee
