Sharp Pains On Sitting Down Or Turning Over, Occasional Shortness Of Breath. What Could It Be?

Hi I have a sharp pain when I m sitting down or when I turnover in bed. Sometimes it s really hard to breathe and it all started on Sunday and I was waitressing I thought I might have pulled a muscle becoz I carry a lot of plates on one arm but now it really hurts. Sometimes it really takes my breathe away. I haven t had a chance to go to my doctor but any ideas of what it could be?

Most probably you having muscular strain.

So you need some rest & muscle relaxant.

But if the pain persist &swelling occurs , You have to visit the doctor for exam. & treatment plan acc. to that.
