Shaved Testicles Sac, Got Red Spots, Growing With White Tip, Swollen. What Can Be Done?

Hi... I shaved my testicles sac for the first time like a week ago and I got these little red spots. I found out that were razor burns and one bump. The bump started to grow a little and got the tip white so I guessed it is some kind of cyst . I squeezed it some hours ago and right now it´s kind of big, I´d like to think that is swollen but not sure. Is there something I can do about it?

it can sebaceous cyst and you should not squeeze it otherwise it might get infected and grow in size. It will be better to consult a surgeon
