Shivering As Well As High Grade Fever

High grade Fever persisiting over 8 weeks, Diabetic, H1N1 negative, HIV negative , All blood cultures, urine cultures aerobic/anaerobic negative, Severe penumonia being treated with broad spectrum antibiotics administered for over 3 weeks currently on meropenem + Fluconazole . Still no improvement. Any Ideas. Feel free to ask me questions. PS: Chest CT Scan clean (no TB), abdominal CT Scan only show 2 benign cysts in liver. Ruled out Tooth Abscess
