Shortness Of Breath, Chest Tightness And Elevated BP During Sex; I Use Weed And Meth. What Could This Be?
ok, my boyfriend is 53 in really good shape, a smoker, cigs and weed, we also are meth users. we were just having sex and he got so out of breath he got up and had to stand leaning against the wall. he said he had tightness in his chest and then a severe headache. I gave him aspirin, which helped, and when I took his blood pressure it w a s 146 over 84 with a pulse of 76.

This could be bronchial elements, there must be some inflammation of bronchia trees due to smoking then such condition makes the person hunger for air after the little or more exertion, again he is 53 so in this age this are very much likely with risk factor of smoking different things,, take care and have nice day.
