Should HIV Test Be Done After Having Sex With Multiple Partners?

Hello doctor , am 26 male from india about to get married in 2 months which is a arrange marriage .
I have been in physical relation with 3 females till now .
1st one was with my classmate in my college around 2 years back , we both were virgin at that times and did it sex many times both protected and unprotected and it continued for over a year. I had once injured my penis while performing vaginal sex with her had some blood and it took a month time before the pain stopped .
2nd was with a senior from college whom i met after college while working in the same company . It was only 8-9 times but 3 times unprotected while i was drunk . She was not a virgin that i came to know while performing she also confirmed it . But am not sure how many guys she was in touch with .
3rd was with a married woman using a condom staying near my home .

Now it has been almost 8 months am away from them and dint indulge with anyone . Am healthy and not facing health issues . Just was having cough and cold from last 15 days so was worried whether i should perform a HIV test . Am really worried . Please suggest.
