Should I Be Concerned About A Lump Near Ribs?
I have a lump under right brest closer to the ribs than the breast. It is uncomfortable when I sit too long or try to fall asleep at night. About 20 years ago the doctor said it was a fatty tissue, not to worry. I am a little concerned as I am going in for Gallbladder surgery on 11-29th. Will they find it then? I mentioned to the surgeon and he did not seem concerned at the time.

I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you that the swelling that is there near the breast area could be a lipoma and this is nothing to worry and would nothing to take with the surgery of gallbladder, so why the surgeon is not worry about this, it is better that you too forget this, take care and have a nice day.
