Should I Be Concerned About Bleeding And Feeling Sick After Anal Sex?

I have little bleeding and feel sick to my stomach I just tried anal with my husband for the first time. should I be concerned? we have been together for 6 year's and am not concerned of std just want to make sure this is not serious. I will not be doing this again but I do have anxiety on high levels and fear I have done something wrong.
