Should I Be Concerned About Disturbed Vision After Reconstructive Surgery For Breast Cancer?

I had surgery 2 days ago (reconstructive for breast cancer). Today my vision is off and my left pupil is about 90% dilated and the light is really bright. My right one is normal. Is this a sign of something I should be concerned with or should I just wait it out?

The left pupil dialatation cannot be linked to surgery. It may so happen the drug used contains mydriatic. But in that case it will effect both the eyes.It may be accidental application of Atropine like drug in left eye.Fundus examination of left eye can be done.Refraction of left eye can be done.Lastly eye to be washed several time and wait for few days.If condition improves then no treatment needed.
