Should I Be Concerned About Dizziness And Headache After Pus Discharge From A Bump On The Head?

My teenage son was helping his friend remove some dead weeds from backyard. Later as he was washing his hair he felt a small bump on the back of his head. The bump got bigger and tighter. Although I told him not to bust it, he did. And now puss is coming out with a little blood. He says his head is hurting and kind of dizzy. Is it anything I need to be concerned with? I had him to take a Tylenol 500mg.

As you explain the history no i don't think you should be worried. He can take painkillers for the pain and nothing bad will happen.
