Should I Be Concerned About Fluid Oozing Out Of A Wound On My Leg?

I got a small scratch on my leg and it has been leaking a great deal of clear fluid from the cut. I am hypertensive, but on medication, although I do sometimes have swelling in my legs. Should I be concerned about the large amount of fluid coming out? I am a 49 yo female.

yes, as tis fluid means that there is infection, so i prefer to do culture from this wound to give the proper antibiotic
