Should I Be Concerned About High Temperature, Vomiting And Sneezing In 2 Year Old?

My daughter, age 2, has been running a temp of 102 breaking temporarily last night and now back to normal today (98.6). Everything she eats she throws back up but is able to keep liquids down. She is extremely congested but I've noticed that when she sneezes it's thick and bright yellow, perhaps a sinus infection. My main concern is that she is getting dehydrated. I have been force feeding her pedialite and given her a pain reliever (used as directed)

Hi
Greetings

Presence of fever causes increased demand for fluids, inadequate intake of fluids could be cause of dehydration.
Ensuring adequate intake of fluids either in form of plain water or juices is very important. If there is decrease in urine output and the the intake of fluid is not sufficient, then would suggest you to consult your Pediatrician for further assessment.

Take Care
