Should I Be Concerned About Hot Legs, Arms, Face, Torso, And Sleepiness?

Hi my son is 13 nearly 14 mths old and his temp is 39.7, his legs arnt hot but his arm and face and torso is. I believe he is teething, but should his temp be concerning, he has eaten lunch and just drunk 170ml of milk, he is sleepy and I have put him down for a sleep this is not normal for him as he has already had a small afternoon nap, he is a bit quiet but not grizzly, I have also just given him a dose of Baby nurofen as It is supposed to be good at bringing temps down. Should I be concerned as I am worried

There is no need of concern. Apart from his temperature rest of the things are fine and there is no cause of concern.
Viral fever is very common and is usually self limiting. Continue giving him antipyretics whenever he has fever.
