Should I Be Concerned About Irregular Periods?

Hi,I am 31yr old.I used to have regular period.I had my last period on 30/04/2014. Now i have not got my regular period . I get little brownish spot. Had a pregnancy test twice through the kit,My pregnancy test shows negative. Is there any other concern.I have taken mensovit from today 08/06/2014 Morning and afternoon one tablet each. Previously i had a missed abortion.I had thyroid TSH 6.8 taken tablets for 6 months now it is normal but still i take 25mcg daily.
