Should I Be Concerned About Itchy Black Circle Outside The Vagina, Irregular Bleeding With Heavy Cramping Postpartum?

I noticed a black circle on the outside of my vagina . It's occasionally itchy but hurts to scratch. I've been experiencing a lot of problems down there for a couple years including irregular bleeding heavy cramping , i was diagnosed with displasia a year ago ( pre cancerous cells) but they said that went away , should I be concerned ( all my problems started after I had my daughter at the age of 18 )

Hi,

The black circle needs to be shown to a gynecologist or dermatologist and a biopsy might be needed especially with your history of dysplasia. Dont delay checkup
