Should I Be Concerned About Pink Bruises Surrounding My Nipple ?

I m a 19 year old college student and the other day my breasts started feeling weird. I have what looks to be pink bruises surrounding my nipple as well as on the side of my breasts. They are hard when I touch them and painful, as well as a little swollen. Should I be concerned? Also I am not sexually active.

It seems that this may be due to,
Ill fitted bra you worn.
Some allergy to bra material if you have new bra.
Get physically examined bye your doctor and find out the cause.
