Should I Be Concerned About The Continuing Chest Congestion And Runny Nose In My Toddler Despite Medicines?

Hi,
My baby girl is 10 months old weight 8 kg.has been having chest congestion and running nose along with wet cough. It's been 3 days. Doc has prescribed t minc 6 drops thrce daily, ambrolite s 2.5 ml thrice daily and naso clean drops two in each nostril every two hours. The baby is very restless, not eating, not taking steam, getting cranky, urine is yellow... Not able to sleep....very very uneasy and crying......pls advise.
