Hi,
from history it seems that you might be having Sciatica pain giving this type of pain.
go for x-ray lumbo-sacral region for having any osteo-artheritis changes in spines.
Go for physiotherapy like back extension exercise and short way diathermy.
Take analgesic with muscle relaxant medicines.
Take B1,B6 B12 capsules or injections.
Ok and take care.
