Should I Be Concerned For Being On Cathedral Pipe For Bladder Infection?

hello sir/mam,
Myself Kajal Jain From Kolkata, from last 21st of February 2014 when my baby born, i didn't release urine. from that day i am on cathedral pipe. doctor says that i had infection in bladder and now under control. but still i have a lot of tension that i'll be fine or not.
please suggest me the best.
