Should I Be Concerned For My Son Having High Fever And Was Found With Blood Stains On His Pillow?

I found blood stain on my two years old son pillow this morning. I am pretty sure it come out from his mouths since it seemed mixed with saliva and it was located where his mouth was. He has been with 37.8 fewer and was taking medication yesterday (ibuprofen, paracetemol)

In all likelihood, your son has a harmless viral illness. The blood could possibly be due to cracked dry lips. However, fever in a child this age, with or without the bleeding, is worth getting checked out. I would consult with your doctor.
