Should I Be Concerned For My Thyroid Medicines?

TSH .04 and T4 1.9 in September. My PCP send results to endocrinology doc. They heard nothing back even though I checked several times. They said continue same medication since they heard nothing back. Went for my 3 month checkup and bloodwork other day but since my doc had left the clinic I saw another doc who refused to do blood work and be my doc at all cause I had too many chronic issues. Had me make appt. with an internist who I can't see until January 10th. Should I be concerned or just not take my thyroid meds at all?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your TSH level is low and it suggest hyperthyroidism. If you are taking drugs for hypothyroidism and it can cause this kind of picture due to drug induced hyperthyroidism.

You need to set the dosage again. So go for free T3, free T4 and TSH and set the dosage accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
