Should I Be Concerned For Spot On Lung?

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion in old age any doubtful spot on lung should be biopsied and your doctor have done the right thing.and you are telling that the result is not encouraging, sounds to have malignancy. You can not ignore this report. in my opinon this lung lesion should be secondary from other organ s malignancy (primary). So primary site should be searched. May be shoulder is primary site. In my opinion you should get done PET scan and consult oncologist.
