Should I Be Concerned For The Bright Green Stools, Smelling Mushy With Abdomen Pain In A 9 Year Old?

my nine year old daughter's stool is bright green, smells foul, and is mushy. She chrinically c/o stomache aches. she is on a glutin free and dairy free diet. She has not eaten anything unusual to cause her stool to be green. Should I be concerned?
