Should I Be Concerned For The Burping After Feeds In A 4 Month Old?

Hi. My 4 month old baby boy has a hemoglobin of 10.4, hematocrit of 29.9, MCV of 74.3. His neutrophils are 24.6% and lymphocytes are 62.9%, eosinophils are 4.6%. He was born at term, birth weight was 3.75 kg, but now he is under 3rd percentile for height and weight (4.75kg, 53cm). But he feeds well, sleeps well, he's quite actve and his milestones are normal. On seeing him no one would say he is below the 3rd percentile. my only concern is he regurgitates a lot despite burping after feeds. Otherwise he seems like a healthy baby to me! Shoud I be worried?

His haemoglobin levels are below the normal range. Iron supplementation will help him gain weight. If he is still not gaining weight after iron supplementation you should rule out gastro-oesophageal reflux in him.
