Should I Be Concerned For The Lack Of Appetite, Throbbing Headaches, Light Headedness And Also Have Been Diagnosed For IBS?

I am a 22 year old female that has had mild nausea constantly for 2 weeks now. It s effected my appetite. I ve also been having throbbing headaches off and on. I believe I have some Ortho hypotension because I get really lightheaded when I stand up sometimes. Hx of IBS, ovarian cysts, lap Coley, chronic back and neck pain and currently have the Skyla IUD in place. Do you think this could be anything serious or just my IBS acting up?

I can appreciate your concern nothing is acting and producing any symptoms, that all happening due to your stress level only you became too much conscious and that is the main problem otherwise nothing to worry about this, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with "Omeprazole" 40 mg once in day and "Domperidone" once in day this will give good result, have nice time.
