Should I Be Concerned For The Pain Due To Indigestion?

i had a heart attack last year and i had a stent inserted.i have been having idigestion pain in the middle of my shoulder blades on and off for a couple of days , i am on nexium for my idigestion and i also take mylanta but it doesn't seem to work.should i be concerned about my heart ?

Yes,

Pain in the middle of your shoulder blades, especially if on the left side, that isn't getting better with nexium or mylanta would be very concerning for a cardiac problem. I'd recommend following up with your cardiologist and having him do an EKG. I'd also mention to him the quality of the pain, the location, and the fact that you've tried the antacid medications and that they haven't helped.
