Should I Be Concerned For The Pain In The Back That Is Extending To Breast And Buttocks Which I Persistant?

HI I am a 45 year old female and I have started having a constant pain in my back from the top of my right shoulder down accross the back of both of my breast and then my lower back just above my right buttocks. Is this something I should be concerned wtih. I have been healthy all my life and very rarely go to the doctor. This is something that is persistantly getting worse. Any suggestions.

Hi there.
Yes , you definitely need to be concerned.
Your symptoms seem to be relating to either of the conditions :
1) localised upper back neuropathy with degenerative spine.
2) potts spine i.e. tuberculosis spine ( although this might be rare in your area)

Fisrtly get an Xray and an MRI of the involved area done an get it evaluated by an orthopaedic surgeon.
Get a complete blood count and TB gold test done.
Tablet Flexispaz twice daily + tab pregalin SR once at night will help till then
I find this answer helpful
