Should I Be Concerned With A Large Bruise On Leg? Have Muscle Pain

Should I be concerned with a large bruise on the front of my leg by my knee that wraps around to the back of my leg about 9 inches long. I don t remember bumping into anything I just woke up And noticed it. Ive had muscle pain in the last week in my leg. I was in the car yesterday for 3 hours. Should I be concerned? I took 3 aspirin today.
