Should I Be Worried About Bump On Side Of Head?

hello i'm 22 years old, while touching my head i noticed a bump about the size of a quarter on my right side. It doesn't hurt, but is it something to worry about? I've never felt it before. I feel kinda silly worrying over this but it's something very strange for me. When i scratch my head i can feel the difference between my left & right side.
