Should I Be Worried About Child S Penis Caught In Baby Gate?

My 23 month old son accidentally might have got his penis or sac area caught with our baby gate. He started crying but he can still pee because he has wet diapers. Hes not crying now but when I tried to wipe him he started crying a little bit. There is no blood or anything coming out. Should I be worried about this?

If there is no external scrotal injury or hematoma, there seems to be no cause for concern.
I would also suggest a routine examination by your Pediatrician at earliest.
