Should I Be Worried About High CPK Level?

My son is 6 years old and suddenly on saturday he felt dat he could not walk,..we got him tested and the reports say that his CPK(nac) is 1196. I would like to know the seriousness of the problem as we have already begun with the medicine and i know nothing about this problem.

What you have mentioned,cpk level is very high normal cpk level is 10-120 microgram /liter,its is enzyme which is normally found in heart,brain,muscles,
Any injury to this organ increases cpk values,many a times its a simple muscle injury,
It can be increased in any heart injury(ischemia),Stroke, convulsions.
Please consult your physician.
